As a Checkouts Customer Advisor, you’ll become an expert advisor and an inspiration to customers. You will get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will tasks like click & collect, setting up displays, and ensuring your store looks great. Your main aim will be to provide truly great customer service at the tills.
Happy to help, eager to learn, and a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll fit right in. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll be willing to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
