Early Years Practitioners (LV 2/3 Qualified) needed in Garstang
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners with either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare. Successful candidates will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
The roles are based in a vibrant and inclusive nursery located in Garstang. The nursery is dedicated to providing exceptional care and education for young children.
Hourly Pay: £12.82 - £15.46 (Depending on experience)
Location: Garstang
Role: Qualified Early Years Practitioner
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum.
2. Provide a safe and stimulating environment that supports children's learning and development.
3. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
4. Observe and record children's progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
5. Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
2. Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
3. Good understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
