Job Description Supporting the Restaurant Management Team in ensuring that the restaurant is ready and pre-service checks are completed. Carrying out pre-service briefings to the team, ensuring that the team aware of any menu changes and updates, and that uniform and appearance standards are met. Be pro-active and interact with guests during each service. Ensuring that they are happy with the quality of service received and food, then relaying any relevant feedback to the Senior Chefs and Restaurant Management Team. Being hands-on to support the team as required. To support the Restaurant Management Team at the end of service, ensuring that every station is checked and is to the required standard. Being the first port of call for Restaurant team members with any concerns or questions. Raise any concerns regarding the team’s welfare, Health & Safety, or maintenance issues to the Restaurant Management Team. Providing day to day support to the team, deputising during the absence of the Restaurant Supervisor. Supporting with administrative tasks such as table plans and rota's. Hours: 44 hours per week Working 5 days out of 7 Spilt Shifts, covering Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Service
