Job Description: Join our Tamworth based client as an HR Advisor and become a vital part of a growing and dynamic organisation. This role will support a wide range of HR functions, playing a key part in the development and implementation of HR policies and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist HR Manager in monitoring and reviewing policies and procedures.
* Contribute to HR strategy development and implementation.
* Document and create process flows for HR policies.
* Address employee and manager queries, directing them to relevant policies.
* Advise on employee relations issues (e.g., disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, sickness absence).
* Participate in performance management, including appraisals.
* Maintain personnel records and HR systems.
* Support family-friendly cases and queries.
* Assist HR & Payroll Administrator in ensuring payroll data accuracy (e.g., absences, bonuses, leave).
* Keep casework trackers updated for reporting to the Board.
* Build relationships with warehouse staff, hold HR clinics, and attend Operations meetings.
* Collaborate with Legal & Compliance Team on policies, Health & Safety, and LMS.
* Support HR projects and collaborate on HR statistics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, recruitment trends).
* Manage SharePoint administration.
* Oversee HR inbox.
