This programme is integrated with symptomatic and treatment breast services to form a patient-centred combined breast imaging service. Main duties of the job Working within a small but professional and friendly team, you will be part of the administrative support that ensures the smooth progress of clients through the breast imaging service. Duties of the post involve all aspects of administration including reception cover, clinic processing, data input and all forms of client communication. To register and book appointments for clients to be screened outside normal batch routines using the NBSS. To prepare clinics and associated paperwork for screening clinics. To amend personal details and enter routine recall results from the screening episode onto NBSS. To action regular print runs for GP reports using NBSS and to ensure their dispatch to individual Practices. To retrieve and file films in the Breast Screening Unit and Trust filing systems, both before and after a screening appointment.
