Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Home Improvements Sales Representative with extensive knowledge of home extensions and conversions to join our growing team.
If you have a proven track record in selling bespoke extension and conversion projects and thrive in a consultative sales environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consultation Appointments: Attend customer appointments to assess their requirements, survey the property, and provide accurate, tailored quotations.
2. Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Maintain follow-ups with potential clients to drive sales. Highlight unique selling points such as our 0% finance offering during consultations.
3. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activity to help optimise conversion rates.
A full driving licence is essential for this role.
What We Offer:
1. Initial Pay Package: Basic pay + travel expenses for the first 4 weeks.
2. Competitive Commission Structure: After 4 weeks, earn 3.5% to 5% commission on every project sold (higher than the industry average of 2.5%). Travel expenses are still covered.

Skills & Experience Required:
1. Minimum 4 years of sales experience within the home improvement sector focusing on extensions and conversions.
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
