Main duties of the job
We are looking for an exceptional nurse with a proven track record of supporting the delivery of safe, effective and patient-focused care to join our Long Term and Unscheduled Care (LTUC) Directorate. The successful candidate will work closely alongside other members of the HDFT Matron Team to provide a 7-day service.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse, 1st level with current NMC Registration.
* Master's level qualification or equivalent, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
* Professional and clinical competence.
* Recognised leadership development training.
Experience
* Significant experience at senior clinical/managerial level on a hospital ward.
* Experience of working as a clinical leader.
* Proven leadership and management skills.
* In-depth experience in a variety of hospital-based units.
* Involvement in clinical audit and/or research.
