Job Title: Principal to Associate Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services)
Location: London, Chelmsford or Norwich (remote with occasional visits to the office)
Salary: From £65,000 (depending on experience)

Your new role:
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will assume a pivotal position within the team, operating with a high level of autonomy. Your role demands strong organizational skills, flexibility, drive, and forward-thinking, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within tight deadlines. You will also oversee the electrical engineering aspects of junior team members contributing to projects.
Key duties encompass:
1. Leading designated projects as a Project Leader.
2. Collaborating within a larger team on specific projects.
3. Participating in principal meetings and delivering client presentations for selected projects.
4. Elevating the standard of technical excellence in mechanical engineering within the team.
5. Cultivating the potential to become a primary contact for key clients over time.
6. Contributing to generating repeat business through exceptional customer care.
7. Tackling a diverse range of technically challenging and engaging projects across various sectors.
8. Directly engaging with clients and participating in all project stages from inception to completion.
9. Working closely with team members to achieve shared objectives.
10. Producing drawings, specifications, and providing guidance for calculations.
In this role, your expertise will be instrumental in driving forward projects and maintaining the highest standards of mechanical engineering excellence.
