This position at Zeelandia is to aid the Supply Chain Team in the smooth running of the procurement & planning function.
Taking on the data analysis role to provide constant up-to-date essential information & assisting with professional communication with key stakeholder departments.
Location: Site with hybrid working of 2 days, post completion of training.
Friday: 07.30-15.00.

Job Requirements
Your Job Responsibilities:
* Managing communications for material concessions between Supply, Technical & Production.
* Purchase Order creation.
* ERP Data Updates
o Cost level updates (briefed).
o Contract balance updates & recording data.
o Lead time adjustments.
o Parameter settings.
o Data transfer, spreadsheets, charts.
o Aiding report compilation for Corporate.
* Planned Order Detail Management.
* Vendor detail management – communicating with Accounts Team.
* Communicating with suppliers.
* Planning cover – working alongside planning on works orders, RM availability versus production requirements.
* Material Sample organisation – for NPD & cost projects.
* General purchasing admin duties to aid efficient running of accounts.
* Costing model inputs.
* Usage analysis.
Education/Experience:
* Experience in the FMCG/Food Industry.
* Experience of dealing with suppliers in the fruit industry ideally.
* GCSE A-C Grades or equivalent.
* AX or similar system experience preferred.
* Innovative/Smart Thinking.
* Able to plan and organise work efficiently and effectively.
* Able to operate under pressure and to short deadlines.
* Meticulous and accurate.
* Creative, problem solving.
* Highly numerate and accurate.
* Committed to high standards.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year.
