Salary Up to £35,000 FTE (DOE) We are looking for a part time Community Engagement Specialist to join our team to manage and support our philanthropic giving and volunteering. This role will work with several national charities that we currently support and provide guidance across our business to support our operating companies and their local charity activities. This role is 3 days per week with flexibility on working days. So, what will you be letting yourself in for we hear you ask Reporting to the Head of Communications & PR, you will work autonomously; researching, creating, implementing, communicating and reporting social value-add and philanthropic activities. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Stagecoach Charities Committee meetings, collaborating with external partners, including the groups chosen charities and internal teams, such as Human Resources, finance and data teams to identify and quantify social value-add. Supporting Group and Operating Companies (OpCo’s), you will bring energy and enthusiasm to the team, to help deliver against our community and social strategy. There’s just a couple of ‘must-haves’ from our perspective… You’ll be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders including project planning, project management and working to budgets. With experience working across multiple charitable partnerships, you’ll have a proven track record of delivering broad social value-add and community engagement action. You’ll have strong organisational skills, confident working across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats building and maintaining internal and external relationships. About Us….
