Payroll Services works closely with colleagues across UKSBS to provide a high-quality service to our clients and employees.
We are looking for a Debt Management Coordinator (reporting to the Debt Management Specialist) to work within our Debt Management and Recoveries team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
* Collaborating with clients and end users to agree overpayment recovery plans; providing breakdowns where appropriate
* Collecting and cleaning raw data from multiple sources
* Helping to develop and maintain data quality and integrity measures and controls, in conjunction with the Payroll and Finance teams
* Analysing and presenting data and reports to key internal and external stakeholders and end users.
* Supporting the Debt Manager Specialist in working with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT teams to continuously review, simplify and improve processes to enhance the service provision to the end user
To do this role well you will need:
* Proven experience of working within a payroll service delivery department, credit control or similar environment
* Knowledge of up-to-date statutory payroll guidelines best practice
* A track record of handling challenging complaints, queries and escalations
* A background in reporting and data manipulation highly advantageous
* Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mind-set
* Good working knowledge of Excel, ideally including V-lookups & pivot table
* Good organisational skills
* First class written & oral communication skills
* A proactive and problem-solving approach
* Study towards CIPP qualification would be highly desirable
In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr week (full time) with start and finish times between 8am - 6pm, or part time hours to suit.
