Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a part-time Support Worker to join our team based in a gentleman's home in Nuneaton. Work set days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10:00 to 15:00 and alternate weekends.
About the role
The role is to support a gentleman with a brain injury in his own home. This gentleman has 3 dogs, so liking dogs is a must. You will provide support with set routines, personal care, and everyday living. A driving license is required as the gentleman will need support with appointments, shopping, and activities.
Your role will promote the gentleman's independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
Shifts: 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10:00 to 15:00), alternate weekends (6:00 to 14:00) in the community.
