As a sales-driven company, Goplasticpallets is expanding its team to support the growth of our internal sales function. We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Sales Team in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and increasing sales from existing customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and can work well under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £25,000, plus commission on sales targets met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
* Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media
* Work closely with the Sales Team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field
* Degree-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
