Position: Reception Administrator
Location: Bolton, BL3
Type: Temporary
Hours: Part time – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 08:45 – 17:00
Salary: £12.25 per hour, paid weekly.
The appointed person will be the face of the company, meeting and greeting all visitors, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring everyone feels welcome.
Typical Duties:
* Meet and greet
* Signing visitors in and out
* Switchboard service – Passing on messages, connecting calls where necessary
* Managing stationery – Ordering where needed
* Typing, filing, photocopying and scanning
* Updating spreadsheets
* Booking appointments and meetings for service users
* Plus more
This is an ongoing temporary position, with a proposed end date at the end of January; however, there is the possibility that it could be extended much further, with the potential for a permanent offer.
