Care Home Administrator
A short walk from the centre of Castleford, with good access to public transport and rail and road links, Castleford Lodge is a mid-size home providing experienced care for elderly residents with a wide range of complex needs, including dementia.
A key role within the care home and the business is the post of Care Home Administrator, acting as the first point of contact for residents and their representatives, the home management, colleagues, HR, payroll, and finance teams.
Ideal Candidate will have/be:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* The ability to perform under pressure and prioritise workload.
* Able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative to achieve goals.
* Solid literacy and numeracy skills.
* Experience of operating rostering and payroll systems.
* Experience of cash handling and record maintenance.
* General understanding of contracts and their importance in a regulated setting.
* A reliable and punctual team member.
* Knowledge of HR processes (this is a significant advantage).
