An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Secretary based at University Hospital Crosshouse on a fixed term/secondment opportunity basis until 31st July 2025.
What you will do:
You will provide a comprehensive and effective secretarial and administrative service and support to the Assistant General Managers in contributing to the functioning of the Surgical team, in the effective management and co-ordination of the operational day to day issues within Surgical Services.
Providing cross-cover and secretarial/administrative support to the Surgical management team.
In addition, you will provide support to the Clinical Director — Cancer Services in that role.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Excellent communication, time management, and ability to prioritise your workload, are essential skills for this role.
You will be expected to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and hold a relevant Secretarial qualification. Previous secretarial experience is essential.
