Job Description
The purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This part-time role involves managing reception, handling mail, and providing general administrative support in a professional, timely and welcoming manner.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for visitors, offering a warm, professional welcome.
2. Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
3. Manage reception and post room activities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
4. Provide general administrative support throughout the office.
5. Arrange UK & international couriers and handle mail dispatch using a franking machine.
6. Order office supplies and process invoices for stationery, catering, and repairs.
7. Support the Office Services Manager with everyday office and facilities services.
Requirements:
1. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong administrative and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work independently and use their own initiative.
