Due to the continued growth and expansion of our service offerings within South Australia, Urbanvirons Group Pty Ltd (Urbans) is looking to engage full-time Arborists & Ground Crew to join our Arboriculture division in Kilburn or Lonsdale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The range of duties an Arborist will be required to perform includes:
* Ability to learn and understand arboriculture industry techniques.
* Discuss, advise, and recommend opportunities for improvements in service delivery, productivity, and staff safety.
* Ability to learn, understand, operate, and maintain plant/machinery and carry out daily services.
* Report the need for maintenance and/or repair of any assets observed during normal duties.
* Report any damage or malfunction of equipment.
* Act in a courteous, cooperative, responsible, and professional manner at all times.
* Complete a site risk assessment at the beginning of each job and discuss it with the crew accordingly.
* Provide necessary explanations of problems or issues encountered on the job that affect safety, job completion, or any details that might improve the process.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful, you must have:
* AQF Certificate III qualification (or equivalent) in arboriculture (highly preferred).
* At least three (3) years of relevant employment experience.
* Ability to safely operate and maintain machinery and equipment.
* A current MR driver's licence.
* A Traffic Management accreditation.
* First Aid and Construction Industry White Card, or willingness to obtain.
* National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
* Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
* A strong work ethic and proven time management skills.
* Basic computer skills for daily reporting.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug screen.
