We currently have a full-time permanent position available for a Business Support Officer at our Echuca Dealership which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment.
The Role
You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to :
* Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to various departments within the Branch.
* Manage internal workflows, data entry and preparation of various reports.
* Manage correspondence including emails, letters and other communications.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, invoicing and customer interactions and archiving of documents and files.
* Assist with Branch recruitment ensuring the applicable systems are accurate and up to date.
* Assist with the Branch financials and cashflow within the delegation thresholds.
* Proactively and effectively manage creditors and debtors.
* Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries and address feedback and or concerns.
* Assist with customer accounts management.
To be successful you will need :
* At least 2 years’ experience in a senior administrative, financial or business support role, preferably within the automotive or agricultural industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong financial management and acumen.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
* Provide timely and effective business solutions and support to a dynamic and broad-spectrum team.
* Willingly partner with the team, creating positive relationships and culture to improve business outcomes and performance.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
