. We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient administrator to support in our Community Division clinical teams.
The successful candidate will have good organisation and people skills, be computer literate and have the ability to work with limited supervision.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive and high-quality administrative support service.
This is a community clinical support role, there is an expectation for the successful candidate to be flexible and support across the Community Division.
The successful candidate will have the ability to support service users whilst being professional, empathetic and understanding.
Answering office phone to service users to assist with enquiries, pass on messages to clinicians or transfer calls.
Maintaining and auditing CYP care records and entering progress notes for relevant information audit trails.
Processing clinical referrals that come into the NHS.net inbox as part of the MHST referral pathway.
Monitoring clinical inboxes for service users, other clinical organisations or support services emails to pass onto relevant staff member.
Processing and posting of clinical documents and letters to service users.
Minuting team safety huddles and team meetings.
General administration support for the St Helens team, Office Manager and SLT.
Support and cover for the MHST admin team during times of annual leave, sickness or busy periods.
