About the Role:
The Commercial Gas Engineer will be working across our portfolio on NHS sites, completing gas servicing (PPMs), breakdown call outs, and minor repair works to commercial plant rooms. You will be supported by Our Gas QS lead located within the Kent branch and will join a supportive team of engineers with full support from regional Facilities Managers. You will also liaise with NHS Estate Managers when required.
Your responsibilities include:
* Carrying out gas servicing and repairs to ensure operational performance of the contracts under management.
* Completing PPM works as instructed and to a planned schedule.
* Supporting and conducting minor project works.
Role Criteria:
* Domestic and Commercial Gas ACS
* CCN1 – Domestic Nat Gas Safety
* COCN1 / CIGA1/ ICPN1/TPCP1/TPC1A.
* LPG PD
* G3 Qualifications
* Extensive experience as a commercial gas engineer
