The services specialise in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs, so experience within this client group would be highly desirable. Requirements of a Positive Behaviour Support Partner:
* Proven experience in developing and implementing PBS strategies within a care or educational setting
* Worked in education and/or social care at a management level.
* Experience in delivering training and coaching on PBS principles to a range of stakeholders.
* Excellent knowledge of the Key Principles of Active Support and relevant legislation and best practices in Positive Behaviour Support.
* Assisting in induction of new staff.
* Ability to conduct detailed assessments, analyse behaviour patterns, and develop evidence-based interventions.
