Our client, a successful company based in High Wycombe, is looking for a Junior Project Co-ordinator to join their team - to communicate with Customers, Engineers, and Subcontractors to book Project and Installation works.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Mon to Fri 8.30 - 5 office based.
Main Responsibilities
1. Liaising with engineers and subcontractors to ensure bookings are made for the correct amount of time and all relevant information is provided to the customer and Engineer
2. Progress Project/Installation jobs on service management system
3. Update engineer Outlook Calendar with correct information, referencing the job number and any other key information
4. Create and forward RAMS, Booking Forms and Permits for all required appointments
5. Raise purchase orders as necessary for subcontractors to attend jobs
6. Raising of Call Actions for every call in order to send relevant communication to customer i.e, order acknowledgement, booking date, etc.
7. Ensure all subcontractor paperwork is received in a timely manner and uploaded to the applicable call
8. Check that parts have been delivered prior to an engineer visit
9. Ensure that all works as per the order are completed within a timely manner of call completion by the engineer or subcontractor
