Job Title: KS1 Primary Class Teacher

Job Duties:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 1 students
2. Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
5. Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
6. Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
11. Strong classroom management skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
12. Understanding of child development and pedagogical approaches
13. Ability to use technology in the classroom
14. Evaluation and assessment skills
Preferred Qualifications:
15. Postgraduate qualification in Education
16. Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school setting during regular school hours. Occasional attendance at evening events or meetings may be required.
