As a Fleet Administrator, a summary of your responsibilities below:
* Scheduling and booking MOT appointments for company vehicles.
* Contacting drivers to confirm upcoming MOT appointments and other service bookings.
* Tracking and updating vehicle maintenance records to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries related to vehicle servicing, MOTs, and general fleet inquiries.
* Liaising with drivers, service providers, and internal staff to coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
* Creating and processing purchase orders for vehicle parts, repairs, and maintenance services.
* Generating monthly reports on MOT and service activity, including compliance and cost analysis.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle information, including registration, insurance, and service history.
* Assisting with other fleet administration tasks as needed, such as vehicle licensing, fuel management, and driver training coordination.
* Supporting the overall efficient operation of the company's fleet.
We are looking for an individual with:
* IT Skills, specifically working on excel using pivot tables and vlookups
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to analyse and solve problems
* Good organisation skills with an eye for detail
* Flexible and adaptable attitude
* Must be able to work on own initiative
* Must be able to work well in a team
