Job summary Based within the Organisation Design and Development team, the role of Learning and Development Advisor will report into an Organisational Development Business Partner supporting with the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and organisational development interventions, in order to meet the developing needs of the business. Supporting with the management and delivery of our apprentices - You will support the L&OD Manager and Talent Acquisition team around the promotion and support the business requires for apprenticeships.
