A bit about the job:
Within this role, you will lead and manage the performance of Motor Counter Fraud suppliers who investigate a variety of fraudulent motor claims within the governed parameters of the performance management process. The role will involve supplier meetings, supplier training, audits, and governance whilst discussing any relevant improvement plans. If a shortfall in performance is identified, then recommendations will be made to the Operational lead and Supplier Chain team for progress.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong understanding of counter fraud, audit governance, and performance management steps
* Ability to have challenging and difficult conversations with suppliers and key stakeholders
* Strong knowledge, experience, and understanding of counter fraud processes
* Proven track record of performance management, coaching, and engagement
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
What you’ll get for this role:
* Salary from £36,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
* Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
