Job summary An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly-motivated individuals to join the Administrative Team in the Department of Psychological Medicine. The successful candidate will work at Gladstone Street on a rota system covering the core hours of 8am - 5pm, 7 days a week (including weekends and bank holidays). Currently the shifts are 8am - 4pm and 9am-5pm Candidates must be organised and able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and friendly, approachable nature are essential for this role, especially during telephone contact with patients, staff and the general public. This is a fixed term 12 months role.
