We are seeking interested applicants who have achieved a Business, Engineering, Science, Environment, Safety or Humanities degree – that’s it! No prior experience needed.

During your time as a Graduate, you will learn the foundations of leadership, effective team building and how to lead and work effectively with others. These roles are primarily based in our Water and Waste Services departments where you will spend 4 x 6 months in different business areas.
As part of your 6-month placement, here are some of the departments / projects that you could be involved with:
* Water and Waste Services
* Improvement projects
* Change programmes
* Developing business awareness

As a part of your programme, you will take part in a number of soft skills workshops, including:

Good to know
We are flexible with location, so if you want to work in Wales then apply. On occasions and with notice, you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.
Recruitment process: we are running our adverts until December 8th. Should your application meet our criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, likely to take place at a location in Cardiff between February/March 2025.
