We are recruiting for a PA/Administrator for a property management company based in Nantwich. The role will ideally suit someone with experience in property management and looking for between 20 and 30 hours per week. Organize and maintain office systems and records. Manage correspondence and scheduling Maintain diaries Handle tenant inquiries and correspondence professionally. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with contractors. Update property management systems with accurate and timely information. Maintain detailed and accurate records. Offer occasional out of hours telephone support for tenant emergencies Requirements Previous experience in property administration or a similar role is desirable. A background business administration, or customer service is advantageous.
