Service Advisor – Located in the Heart of the Industry
* £27000 - £30000 per year
The Role of Service Advisor:
* Liaise efficiently with other departments ensuring the highest level of service for customers.
* Receive, support, and complete sales orders for both counter and contract customers, embodying flexibility and willingness to undertake diverse tasks.
* Efficiently manage customer queries, providing professional service at all times.
* Contribute to the development and growth of the customer base in alignment with business objectives.
* Ensure accurate completion of all company paperwork, including delivery and QHSE documentation.
* Handle Counter or Contract warranty issues/claims and undertake regular filing activities.
The Ideal Service Advisor:
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Knowledge of QHSE Legislation and a strong technical awareness of the products and services offered.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude towards work and customer service.
* Experience in a sales environment, ideally holding or working towards ISMM Level 3 Award, Certificate and Diploma in Advanced Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
* A valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
