Acting as a trusted point of contact for students in need of emotional support. Requirements: To excel as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you should have: Experience working with children or young people with mental health needs (in education, healthcare, or similar settings). A genuine passion for supporting students' mental well-being. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
