Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow your own portfolio of accounts, ensuring sales targets are met.
Proactively generate new business by engaging lapsed and prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings and strategic communication.
Identify new sales opportunities and market trends through competitor and industry analysis.
Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to existing customers.
Price and prepare sales enquiries using company-provided pricing resources.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure all CRM data is up to date.
Convert quotations into confirmed orders through active customer follow-ups.
Provide regular feedback on key performance indicators and secured business.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to strengthen business relationships.
Support and mentor internal sales teams to drive overall success.
