Join Our Team as a Course Administrator at NOAH Training
Location: Bedford, Central Bedfordshire, and Luton
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible timings, approximately 9am-4pm)

At NOAH Training, we strive to address poverty by helping people realise their full potential through training and employment support. We’re looking for a Course Administrator to be the welcoming face of our short courses across the region, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our learners and tutors.
About the Role
As Course Administrator, you will:
* Book clients onto courses and advise them on which course would be suitable
* Deal with all enquiries including answering the phone, and emails from customers and visitors
* Update any schedules and registers to ensure accurate information is available at all times
* Meet the tutors and venues and help them set-up the course
* Prepare registers, certificates and printing for the courses
* Provide day to day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the courses
* Support in general office admin including ordering materials, archiving and photocopying
* Maintain individual learner records
* Support Manager with student inductions
* Monitor attendance on all courses, and follow up on non-attendance with calls, texts and emails
* Maintain records required by commissioner, filing reports and information as required by given deadlines.
* Any other duties deemed appropriate by your line manager.
* Signpost clients to other NOAH services which may meet their needs
This role requires regular travel across Bedfordshire to meet with clients, tutors, and partners, so a proactive and adaptable approach is essential.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who has:
* Excellent customer services skills or confidence to engage with others professionally
* Experience within projects or a customer facing environment
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team but also work under their own initiative.
* Good IT Skills including Word and Excel
* Outgoing and confident – happy to answer the phone and chat to clients and tutors in person
