We are currently recruiting for a Global Insurance company based in West London who are looking for multiple Nurses and Paramedics to join their growing medical team.
Our client specialises in global travel risk management services, which help support travellers on the ground and the risk managers responsible for their safety and wellbeing.
Within this role you will work in a fast-paced environment focusing on difficult situations, offering expert medical advice and services to travellers all over the world, right round the clock.

Responsibilities:
* You will provide medical advice to patients in emergency situations around the world.
* You will make time-sensitive medical decisions for patients.
* You will manage emergency air ambulance evacuations.
* You will provide expert knowledge to guide management of medical cases over the phone and in writing.
The role is shift-based involving eight 10-hour shifts over a 14-day period between the hours of 7AM and 10PM, Monday – Sunday (there are no overnight shifts). The first 2 weeks in the role will be training; during the training period, the hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00 – 5:00pm. Once the initial training period is completed, it will move to the shift rota pattern.
Experience:
* You must hold a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
* You will have at least three years post-graduate experience in Acute Care, Critical Care, ICU, Community Health, Discharge Planning or Emergency Departments.
* Competent with IT systems & able to use multiple screens and programs.
* Ability to work varied shifts including day / afternoon / weekend and public holiday shifts.
