Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
1. Leading and managing cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule
2. Coordinating with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress
3. Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives
4. Managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity
5. Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to resolve project issues and mitigate risks
7. Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
9. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with expertise in cleanroom construction or similar highly regulated environments
10. Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques, with a focus on cleanroom design and construction methodologies
11. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
12. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Primavera P6
13. Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project sites nationwide
14. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
