The position will be located in our Norwich branch on Thorpe Road, where you'll join a group of friendly and enthusiastic accountants who pride themselves on an inclusive environment.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Payroll Administrator.
Our practice is BrightPay-focused where we process weekly and monthly payrolls including submissions of pension information for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Completion of weekly payroll from timesheets
2. Completion of monthly payroll from timesheets
3. Submission of RTI reports – FPS and EPS submissions
4. Submission of pension reports and ensuring compliance
5. Process statutory payments (SSP, SMP) and deductions (PAYE, NIC)
6. Make adjustments to payroll as required
7. Resolve payroll queries in a clear, client-friendly manner
Hours
This is an office-based, full-time position: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
