Position Summary At Mller we are looking for a Marketing Lead to nurture and grow our Treats & Desserts portfolios including, our No.1 brand Mller Corner, our Luxury Treat brand Mller Bliss, Mller Rice, Rice Baby and our Cadbury licence portfolio. Reporting into the Strategy & Marketing Director, you will create and drive the 'Growth' vision, strategy and execution across this portfolio, fuelling transformation, product and portfolio strategy, sustainability, innovation and overall brand activation. As an experienced brand strategist and team lead you will be looking for your next challenge, with real ownership from day one. Working alongside senior stakeholders and cross functional teams, the role would suit a creative collaborator who has experience of leading winning brands and driving strong execution though the funnel. As a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team you will lead by example, inspiring and coaching others to help develop a strong, energised, performance led marketing team who always deliver results. Your key responsibilities will be to: Provide a high level of collaboration leading key internal initiatives, partnering with Commercial Teams, Manufacturing and Packaging Project Teams across the business. Develop the overall strategy for the relevant product categories, research new product options to drive sales and margin. Display an extensive understanding of consumer needs with a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles. Lead the 3 year strategic plan driving engagement through-out. Lead agencies to create award winning communications. Responsible for all comms development and execution in market. Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for the overall 'Treat' category. Coach and develop direct report/s. A brand master of strategic thinking demonstrating portfolio and brand growth, winning 360 execution and launch of strong innovation which sticks.
