Job Description
This role will support the daily commercial operations at Visa Cash App RB, including Oracle Red Bull Racing Esports and other Red Bull Technology Projects. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Commercial Manager to drive new commercial opportunities that promote the growth, development, and financial sustainability of the organisation.
The role involves collaborating with various divisions such as Operations, Partnership, Digital, Brand, Design, Communication, Fan Engagement, Esports, Financial, Legal, Licensing, and Red Bull GmbH, requiring a highly collaborative and thoughtful approach.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Work with our agency, CAA, to support the identification and delivery of new partnership opportunities for the team.
2. Creating partner proposition, to present, that answer brand challenges using our suite of rights and assets.
3. Help assemble a strategy that attracts the world’s leading brands.
4. Work closely with the different departments in VCARB to understand spends, business challenges and areas of improvement to attract relevant partners.
5. Work with the Brand Design team to develop collateral.
6. Oversee the onboarding process for new prospects, ensuring a smooth handover to relevant teams and gathering corporate and financial information for new prospects.
7. Create case studies of existing partnerships to showcase innovative activations.
8. Maintain and update rights and asset lists for effective marketing.
9. Manage engagement and outreach programs for prospects, including events and gifting programs.
10. Assist in creating proposals for Licensing and Esports partners to support sales growth for existing partners, while accompanying the Partnership Teams in developing and enhancing partnerships while maintaining brand integrity.
Essential Competencies:
1. Highly organised whilst managing several different projects with a high attention to detail.
2. Aware and understanding of new industry trends, brand awareness, and able to quickly identify new opportunities.
3. Be proactive by identifying and anticipating what is required by a Commercial Department to plan and pre-empt requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
4. Self-motivated and a team player.
5. Able to travel to support Grand Prix weekends, customer meetings, and events where required.
