Role Purpose
As the Partner Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing LifeSearch partner marketing campaigns, initiatives and support services - aligned with our strategic priorities, business objectives and revenue targets.
Your primary purpose is to enable and support profitable revenue growth for LifeSearch through new and existing partnerships - always acting to protect people properly and ensure best possible customer outcomes.
Essential
* At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial services. Protection space would be an advantage.
* Passionate about the brand, B2B and the customer, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
* Experience in building and running integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
* Experience in running social media presence, post and content creation, and performance evaluation.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, digital, operations and with external suppliers/partners.
* A self-motivated individual, you're able to work independently and as part of a team. You will work closely with your Marketing team colleagues and in cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing working environment, with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Powerpoint and Canva etc.
Desirable
* Advanced level qualification in Marketing, or equivalent fields.
* Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance.
* Experience in dealing with external partners, agencies and suppliers.
