As a member of the Regional Marketing team, the Senior Regional Field Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement strategies for Clarivate's EMEA Intellectual Property division. These campaigns are developed and executed closely with global marketing programs and local sales leadership. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5-7 years’ B2B marketing experience, with 2 years direct experience in campaign and promotional program management. Ability to develop campaign activities based on key strategic priorities and input from key stakeholder groups like sales, product marketing and content marketing Strategic, creative, collaborative and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on company strategic marketing goals. Superior project management and organization skills, with ability to execute multiple, complex campaigns, while also managing and motivating internal stakeholders to strict campaign timelines. Experience in Event Planning, Marketing Campaign Planning and execution, Account Based Marketing and Budget Management Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing priorities and deadlines. Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools, ABM platforms and the ability to learn new platforms. Identify Opportunities : Drive marketing campaigns to accelerate pipeline, generate qualified leads, and meet revenue targets. Campaign Management : Develop, execute, and measure demand generation, ABM, lead acquisition, and nurturing programs. Regional Support : Provide marketing support to the EMEA Intellectual Property sales team to achieve short, medium, and long-term goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with sales, product, product marketing, content marketing, and demand marketing teams. Campaign Design : Design, implement, and manage product campaigns with key stakeholders. Resource Management : Develop and maintain a calendar of activities and resources for campaign execution. Deliverable Production : Coordinate resources for production and execution, serving as editor/writer to tailor messages. Lead Management : Work with sales to manage lead conversion, pipeline analysis, and acceleration programs. ABM Programs : Manage Account-Based Marketing programs in collaboration with sales teams. Reporting : Report on marketing campaign effectiveness and progress against KPIs. Planning : Participate in annual and ongoing marketing planning processes. Integrated Campaigns : Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Tool Utilization : Use tools like Salesforce, ABM platforms, marketing automation, and centralized reporting platforms. About the Team This role reports into the Senior Director, Marketing within our Intellectual Property segment, working as part of a team of Demand, Field and Event Marketing professionals as well as collaborating with the wider marketing and sales teams. Hours of Work Full-time, permanent role based in our London office on a hybrid basis, 2-3 days per week.
