Evolve are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Marketing Co-Ordinator to join their team. You’ll be responsible for managing the UK marketing budget, handle purchase orders and invoices, supporting the marketing and sales teams, update content systems and keep marketing records organised.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 3 days in our clients head office in Hertfordshire.

Ideal Requirements for the Marketing Co-Ordinator
* Will look outside of the medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
* An individual who is keen to get involved in the admin and process behind marketing campaigns.
* Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in SAP and Veeva Promats.
Role Responsibilities for the Marketing Co-Ordinator
* Budget management and regular budget reporting to marketing managers, including management of UK budget tracker.
* Support the marketing and sales managers with ad-hoc requests and workflows on the content management systems.
* Invoice processing and management with accounts payable team.
* Coordination of ad-hoc updates to marketing SOPs with the compliance lead and relevant regulatory team colleagues.
