Spinwell is recruiting for a Technical Project Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

* Day to day management of a range of projects mostly focused on IT systems and applications but not limited to
* Identifying business needs, improving efficiency, and solving existing users problems
* Produce quality documentation to defined standards (Prince2 based with some tailoring)
* Plan workloads and work flexibly to deadlines
* Liaise with a range of stakeholders from senior management to end users
* Research business system capabilities and provide well thought out proposals and reasoning
* Comply with Trust information governance standards
* Ability to explain complex systems and problems in simple terms to an audience with varying levels of technical knowledge
* Understand the difference between on premise and cloud solutions. Most importantly when to utilise either or both for effective system design
