Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Clinical Negligence team, ensuring its productivity and growth.
2. Oversee a wide variety of Clinical Negligence claims, leveraging your expertise in this area.
3. Coach, develop, and support team members.
4. Utilise technology to enhance legal services and streamline processes.
5. Apply strong analytical skills to assess cases and provide guidance on Medical Negligence issues.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience successfully leading or managing a Clinical Negligence team.
2. Profound understanding of Clinical Negligence claims and their management.
3. Adept at coaching and supporting team members to help them reach their potential.
4. Familiarity with legal technology tools and the ability to leverage them for improved service delivery.
