Sales Administrator
Location: Horwich, Bolton (based in Burscough for the first 2 months, whilst working on office relocation)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 1.00pm
Salary: £27,500 + Bonus per annum
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
My client is a privately owned company established for over 10 years, supplying luxury products to a variety of retailers on a business-to-business basis. Due to a period of growth, they are now looking to expand their Buying team.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily queries from factories via emails / we-chat
2. Updating spec sheets, including PPS and PS comments and customer own label
3. Confirming purchase orders with the factories (including customer own label)
4. Sample management for sales and photography (including customer own label)
5. Checking pre-production samples and production samples
6. Checking factory purchase invoices and shipping documents
7. Barcodes / item codes generation
8. Sage management of setting up items, product codes, price lists, raising purchase orders
9. QC inspections control in China
10. F.S.C management
11. Factory audits management
12. EUTR / Sedex and BSCI reports and audits management
13. Waste packaging management
14. Updating critical path / due dates on Sage system
Personal Attributes Required:
1. Sage 50 experience essential
2. Excel experience essential
3. Word experience
4. High level of numeracy is required
5. Experience of working in a similar role is valuable
6. Ability to communicate at all levels
7. Attention to detail is an absolute essential
8. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
9. UK Driving licence essential
