Our Medical Device Division at FRP is seeking a Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of a wide range of projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and coordinating administrative project tasks in line with FRP’s project checklist
* Collaborating with Project Managers and teams across Quality, Logistics and other departments
* Keeping project documentation up to date and ensuring accuracy
* Handling incoming Request for Quotations (RFQs) and directing them appropriately
* Sending timely project updates to customers
* Maintaining and updating customer contact information in our CRM system
What You’ll Need:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with all levels of the business
* Strong prioritisation skills to manage workload effectively
* Experience in the Medical Device or Automotive industry (advantageous)
* Familiarity with Project Management Software (preferred)
