Job: Registered Home Manager
Salary: £35,000
Hours: 40 Hours per week
We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Registered Home Manager to lead a dedicated residential care service for individuals with mental health conditions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to make a real difference by maintaining the highest standards of care in a nurturing, person-centred environment. What We Are Looking For:
1. Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) with expertise in residential care management.
2. Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager, ideally in a mental health care setting.
3. Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring, inspiring, and developing a team.
4. A person-centred approach and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with mental health conditions.
5. In-depth understanding of regulatory standards, best practices, and safeguarding protocols.
6. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships.

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated care professionals, nurturing a culture of excellence and compassion.
3. Ensure that each resident receives high-quality, person-centred care that meets their unique needs.
4. Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding protocols.
5. Develop care plans and strategies that promote the independence, dignity, and well-being of residents.
6. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, external professionals, and stakeholders for a holistic approach to care.
7. Continuously identify opportunities for service improvement and drive best practices.
