This full-scope Architect role from Bournemouth New Forest HQ for RIBA Chartered practice. This award-winning firm has blue-chip clients across a broad range of sectors such as commercial and institutional projects including master planning.

The Architect job itself where you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting new projects coming up as well as existing projects in the following sectors: hospitality, education, leisure, master planning and public services (Fire / Police). More specifically:
Management of the projects from RIBA Stage 0 to 7. We have a number of projects which are currently on site, have fast-track programmes and require feasibility, planning, through to detailed design and construction input.
The project contracts are both Traditional and Design and Build. You will be detail oriented with D&B, produce full NBS specification and be comfortable being quite hands on with the contractors. We do visit site on a regular basis.
Normal hours of work are 37 per week. We work Monday to Thursday between 9am and 5.30pm, and Friday from 8.30am and 4.30pm with one hour for lunch.
You will have
To be successful as an Architect here, you will have completed your RIBA part 3 qualification and have relevant experience as an architectural assistant within a UK practice. You will have a successful background in working on education and commercial projects. Plus a healthy mix of the following:
* RIBA part 3 qualification
* ARB registration
* Relevant post-qualification experience
* Vectorworks and Sketchup proficiency
* Commercial and education sector experience
