The Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing and managing high-value projects (often exceeding £1 million) in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector. You'll collaborate with clients, project teams, and suppliers to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Price projects exceeding £1 million, ensuring alignment with specifications and budgets.
* Leverage your understanding of timber and joinery techniques to price bespoke works effectively.
* Represent the company professionally during client meetings and interviews, providing expert advice.
* Work closely with project teams to deliver timely budgets and quotations.
* Utilise Excel and specialist estimating software to produce clear and accurate budgets.
