EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We’re looking for a Programme Manager to join our team and be accountable for delivering one of our high risk, high value and highly complex, cross company programmes. Our own dedicated Transformation business, which consists of Programme Managers, Project & Change Managers, Business Analysts and Associates. The portfolio here is really diverse, where we have programmes that can range from significant technology/system changes, large contract tenders through to delivery of corporate strategic objectives and programmes to deliver additional value.
Do you have experience of successfully implementing corporate function transformation projects and have knowledge of rolling out technology to field based colleagues?

Some of your key accountabilities will be to: -
1. Delivery of the programme’s vision and maintain alignment to strategic direction.
2. Lead the delivery and implementation of the programmes, taking personal accountability for the outcome(s)
3. Identifying and gaining commitment from, benefit realisation owners.
4. Manage programme governance arrangements according to appropriate requirements and quality.
5. Interface with senior stakeholders and deliver effective communications to all interested parties.
6. Identify and manage the key strategic risks and issues facing the programme.
7. Guide the organisation and its employees through the process of change and make necessary adjustments to programme deliverables to realise benefits.

We’re looking for our Programme Manager to showcase their experience in delivering change and large projects and programmes. Having the ability to advise, coach and mentor other programme and project managers would be required.
